When you get a liposuction then you must decide wether you want to have the fat removed during the surgery or not. For me it was always clear that I wanted to get rid of the fat. There is another option though that you wait until the body drains the fat naturally.

I had some swelling afterwards of course but it did go away and after some time I was pretty happy with my look. For me it was a success. For my friend however the nightmare is still not over yet.
