The quickest and nearly pain-free way to get rid of fat is to permanently remove the fat cells. This is what we know of as liposuction. In small areas, laser liposuction may be suitable and in which case you would be literally burning the fat. It is a good way to remove little pudgy in hard to reach areas with work out and dieting but liposuction is not a weight loss strategy by itself by any means.
In any case, losing weight requires a little more effort than going to the doctor and there are some things a person must do to maintain an attractive shapely figure. Little changes in lifestyle will suffice to make major changes in the way your body looks and feels. The easiest way to begin is by incorporating more leafy greens into your diet. Do it every day until it becomes a natural habit.
When you learn to enjoy more vegetables and fruits, naturally you will begin to consume more and more. When it comes to vegetables, you can’t really have too much so stock up and eat up. The boost in nutrients keeps your cells strong, fiber keeps the digestive system strong, and helps regulate metabolism.
Another very easy habit to form is drinking more water. Everyone knows we should get plenty of water; the only problem is people don’t do it on a consistent basis. Try to develop a practice. For example, wake up in the morning and have a tall glass. Go through your morning routine, which could take about an hour or so and in that time you are ready for another glass before leaving the house for the morning. Do the same thing when you come home at night and there you have your daily requirement plus a little extra for goodwill. There will definitely be some water drinking throughout the day as well so you are taken care in that department.
Keep in mind that gaining excessive weight after having fat cells removed is actually even more dangerous. With fewer fat cells available your body is not as well balanced as nature intended.
As with all health plans, exercise is important. We were designed to be outdoors and moving about, not sitting indoors basking in the glow of your 40 inch plasma. The bottom line keeping the weight off is moving as much, if not more, than the calories we consume. Regular exercise also keeps your heart pumping and blood flowing regularly. This maintains the equilibrium of your system and cleanses areas of your body of toxins and waste.
Just watch your portions and and try to aim for nutritionally rich foods. Avoid overeating any one type of food, as we know poison is not the ingredient but the dosage.
It is a simple math formula. If you put in less gas in your car than you use in driving, the tank will empty. Your body is the same, put in fewer calories than you burn and you will lose weight. Put in just enough to keep yourself going and you will maintain whatever you have. Live consciously and take control of your health and your life.

When laser liposuction became an FDA approved cosmetic surgery procedure, it made small treatments more affordable and available to many people. Still, the costs of any surgery is expensive and some people who may be candidates never take the first step because they don’t think they could afford such an expensive procedure.
Had they gone in for consultation, they would have found that on top of being a candidate for laser liposuction they also could qualify for financing. Many surgeons will work out a payment plan that can suit almost any budget. In fact, there is more than one option when it comes to paying for liposuction surgery.
Because of the potential patient’s price sensitivity, many people make the mistake of shopping for cosmetic surgery based on price instead of surgeon credentials. This is a recipe for potential disaster. Don’t choose your surgeon based on the price. Choosing a poorly qualified surgeon could jeopardize your health in a major way.
To begin with, most clinics will tell you that they accept a range of payment types. From the basics such as checks, credit card, and cash to all variations of financing strategies. Some places will even carry the financing in-house so you can get a tailored payment plan specifically for your situation.
Talk to a surgeon in your area to see what financing options are available. Some surgeons will work with local companies to help patients financing for their treatment. They can help break the costs of your liposuction costs into affordable monthly payments.
Another option available to the general public regardless of geographic location is provided by Capital One Healthcare Finance (registered). They can provide financing for anyone who qualifies and the final cost of treatment is between $1,500 and $25,000. Usually they can design plans for your budget, just talk to a representative to get the ball rolling.
Cosmetic surgery is not covered by many health insurance plans. For that reason, Credit Care is a program specifically designed to help people with health insurance pay for cosmetic surgery. They can offer a line of credit up to $25,000 and with create custom payment palns based on your monthly paycheck and your budget.
With all these options available, anyone with decent credit and an income can get liposuction or any other form of cosmetic surgery for that matter. Costs is not the main consideration, your state of health should be the primary concern.

Due to the seriousness of any cosmetic surgery procedure, liposuction treatment should not be taken lightly. Health experts have made it clear that liposuction is not a solution for weight loss and even as technological advancements have made liposuction a very safe procedure, surgery must be preceded carefully. The patient must be aware of the risks involved, precautionary practices, and the possible complications that come with liposuction.
Some of the most common undesired side effects of liposuction surgery include skin irregularities, hematomas and seromas, and hyper-pigmentations. These are are very possible consequences that patients need to be aware of.
Skin irregularities are the resulting loss of smoothness in the skin due to excessive amounts of fat cells removed. The body naturally has fat stores that help give the area its form and removing too many fat cells from one area leaves visible dimples and grooves in the skin. It’s always better for the surgeon to remove too few fat cells and do follow up sessions to remove more since the removal is permanent.
Hematomas and seromas is the visible discoloration of the skin caused by pooling of red blood cells near the surface. When blood vessels get damaged by the surgery and the area is inadequately drained, the blood will pool or the patient may experience hyper-pigmentation around the area of incision. For severe cases it can last for several years, but milder cases will last less than four to six months.
Another complication, also the result of inadequate drainage during the surgery, is blood tinged drainage and can cause the legs and ankles to swell after major areas have been treated. Sometimes, after major work to the abdomen this will cause bruising to the genitals. Proper post-surgery procedures such as adequate drainage will do wonders to help the recovery process.
The use of epinephrine in local anesthetic solutions sometimes causes the heart rate to elevate during or after surgery and patients are encouraged to avoid caffeine or pinephrine-like drugs such as cold medications before liposuction procedure.
There are very real possibilities of major complications although rare. Some of the more serious surgical risks are excessive blood loss, injury to internal organs, and risk of blood clots. Drug related complications comes from the use of anesthesia and can be anything from allergic reactions to cardiac arrhythmias to brain damage from the lack of oxygen.
Potential patients considering liposuction or any cosmetic surgery should learn the risks involved and find a surgeon with adequate recommendations. It’s never a good idea to let yourself get sold to some cheap gimmicky surgeon whose priority is anything but his patient.

The tumescent technique pumps a saline solution below the skin in the area to be suctioned. This solution is a salt saline and a local anestetic is used to numb the area that is being suctioned, and the fat deposits are removed through small tubes called microcannulas. This procedure can be performed with other asthetic procedures. Because of the relatively safe method of removing fat under the chin, the tumescent is becoming a highly pouplar method; however no surgery is without risk and one should always make sure the cosmetic surgeon is licensed and board certified.
When the patient is undergoing this procedure they are given a local anesthetic, when the procedure is completed a plastic wrap is given to put around the face for a few days. There is minimal bruising, recovery is relatively quick and the patient should be ready to resume regular duties within a few days.
